1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all locations within France and select international destinations. For a full list of eligible countries, check at checkout or contact our support team.

2. Shipping Fees

  • France Domestic Shipping: Fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Standard shipping starts from €4.99. Free standard shipping is available for orders over €50.
  • International Shipping: Fees vary by destination, order weight, and shipping method. Costs are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless the shipment is canceled due to an error on our part.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

  • We will investigate the issue with the carrier and offer a replacement, refund, or reshipment at our discretion.
