2. Shipping Fees
- France Domestic Shipping: Fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Standard shipping starts from €4.99. Free standard shipping is available for orders over €50.
- International Shipping: Fees vary by destination, order weight, and shipping method. Costs are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
- All fees are non-refundable unless the shipment is canceled due to an error on our part.

- We will investigate the issue with the carrier and offer a replacement, refund, or reshipment at our discretion.
