2. Products & Orders

• Product Information: The Store sells ceramic cups and insulated mugs. All product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure accuracy, but we do not warrant that product details (e.g., colors, sizes) are error-free.
• Order Placement: To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information (name, shipping address, contact details). By submitting an order, you confirm that all information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• Order Confirmation: We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion (e.g., for incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or suspicious activity). A confirmation email will be sent once your order is processed.

• We accept major credit/debit cards and other specified payment methods at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
• Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Shipping fees are additional and calculated at checkout based on your location.
• You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees incurred for international shipments (outside the EU).

• We ship to locations within France and select international destinations. Shipping times vary by location and are estimated at checkout (typically 2–5 business days for France, 7–14 business days for international).
• The Store is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect packages upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours.

5. Returns & Refunds

• You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).
• To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Defective or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement upon verification.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product, using the original payment method.

• The Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., loss of profits, inconvenience) arising from your use of our products or services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.
